3. Account Registration & Security
3.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3.2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (managed via Supabase). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Our IP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to our Proprietary Audit Algorithms, Internal Knowledge Base, Source Code, and Visual Interface, are and will remain the exclusive property of [Company Name].
You agree not to:

5. User Conduct & Content
You agree not to use the Service to audit websites that:
- • You do not own or have permission to analyze.
- • Contain illegal, hateful, or explicit content.
- • Promote fraud or deceptive practices.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
6. Subscription & Payments
- Billing: Services are billed on a subscription or per-audit basis via our third-party payment processor (Stripe/LemonSqueezy).
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our "Red Flag" reports, all sales are final. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion in cases of technical service failure.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties (The "Results" Clause)
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
The Service provides recommendations based on proven, studied, and researched CRO principles. However, market conditions, traffic sources, and product offers vary wildly.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT IMPLEMENTING OUR RECOMMENDATIONS WILL INCREASE YOUR CONVERSION RATES, REVENUE, OR LEADS.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Swedish Consumer Law), [Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

Our Service utilizes third-party AI technology (Google Gemini) and cloud infrastructure (Railway/Supabase). We are not responsible for temporary outages or data processing errors caused specifically by these third-party providers.
